Refunds
We are a small, two person business and as our clothing items are made to order, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds if you change your mind or if you have bought the wrong size.
We would love to be able to do more but It would play havoc with our cashflow and we probably wouldn't be able to keep on top of the sewing demands! ;) Thanks so much for understanding.
Please carefully check measurements of individual garments, which can be found on the last photo of each product page. We recommend comparing these measurements with a garment you own that fits you well :)
Of course, we are always happy to answer any additional questions you may have regarding size and fit before you order to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you are pleased with your 'storey of us' purchase, however if you would like to return an item, please notify us at (hellostoreyofus@gmail.com) within 3 days of receipt and we will send you the return address details. You will then have a further 4 days to ship the item back to us.
Where possible (and fabric pending) we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size or to issue a credit note for a replacement garment of your choice. Please note customers are responsible for paying any return shipping fees.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in it's original packaging.

Sale Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on sale items.
